TS, thanks for the links. A comment on each.

1. The first link doesn't work for me. It brings up a long, long page that may have the text you have in mind but it's much too buried for me to find. If you wish to take another cut, please do so. Looks like an interesting site.

2. Pajamasmedia is an RW site. Period. In order to accept those cases and numbers the way they render them, I would have to check each out. I don't plan to take the time to do it. I don't think it's critical to anything.

On the one case in which I do know something, in which they try to tie Obama to it, they simply fudge things. They don't, for instance, note that the DOJ was his partner in the case he took for them. And I'm impressed that Obama would do workshops for them; he clearly takes working on housing for the poor very seriously. Bless him. And the $800k number is not a donation, it's for work done and not even for voter registration.

3. The last one, Matt Yglesias' blog makes the point of number of errors when the scale is so large. Not a bad point. But only one of several that needs to be made.

To do a serious thing on this would require more research than I care to do in the next few days.

But, again, thanks for the links.
