I listened to an interesting Interview on NPR with a former editor of an Alaskan paper. They were talking about Palin's record in Alaska. This editor had discussed, with other Alaskans, Palin's problem of separating the personal from the public, and someone said "For Palin the public is personal", and that's the problem with her. She just doesn't see the problem with letting her husband use the governor's staff to pursue a family vendetta. The editor said it was an embarrassment for all Alaskans that she lied about the report exonerating her, when it clearly did not. He thinks she'll crash and burn when she returns to Alaska. Apparently the pipeline she forced through may never pay for itself, and could end up costing Alaskans some cash.
