Bill,

There had to be something substantial for NUKO insiders to have made those purchases last Spring as the stock was heading South. We had one huge problem with the stock, the emerging VOD market evaporated! Everything was in place if the market took off as expected. Now we sit with losses and frustration. It's that simple and didn't require widespread deception on the part of management to happen.
