If there was NO federal government, Joe is the one who would create the infrastructure directly for the project manager of the project, either for a small town, city or state. The more federal government gets involved in anything, the worse the outcome will be. I almost choked when they were talking about having the federal government administer health care, and they cited the VA, where they save money by having records online. Well, if you know ANYTHING about the VA and you had any experience with them, you would know that they are the worst example of efficiency that anyone could ever site. I could tell you stories about their record keeping that would make you either cry or laugh. I would be terrified to think what will happen if the federal government gets into health care, especially if the VA is any indication of how it will be run. Sober
