It does sound as if he isn't understanding the proposal- and O's answer to Joe would then be, you aren't affected now, so you CAN get to 250K.
I was surprised at McCain;s repeating the mandatory nature of O's health care plan-- which I thought it WASN"T, and that there would be a fine, which I have never heard O say.
That to me is just pure deception, if so.
