Again, you are confusing what I think with the findings of a bipartisan Legislative Council. They made those findings, not me. And they found that Palin was NOT fearful of Wooten.

But to address your question, you think that taking his service weapon would stop him from finding another gun to use if he wanted to?

He didn't shoot that moose with his service weapon.

The Second Amendment protects our right to bear arms, and does not limit gun ownership to police officers.

So no, I don't think that taking his badge and service weapon would have presented any less of a threat to the Palins if Wooten had intended to harm them.

But to repeat, the bipartisan Legislative Council found that Palin was not in fear from Wooten, and Palin made that up as a cover for her real motives. Try to get that through your thick skull.

You can call me names, but it won't change the fact that a bipartisan Legislative Council, comprised of 10 Republicans and only 4 Democrats, found that Palin violated Alaska's ethics laws.
