Well, I disagree that commodity prices were inflated, but since you ask, I will omit companies dependent on commodity prices:

ACTS, AEO, AOB, BID, CHME, COH, CRDN, CX, DD, GLW, GRMN, HOG, IR

And that's just my holdings. I am sure there are tons of other companies that I don't own at similar valuations.
