We have a country based on the nutty idea that we can borrow our way to wealth. We have so distorted our money and the messages it sends that it doen't even serve a useful purpose. Because of inflation the group that gets the money first prospers at the expense of everyone else. Fiddling with the tax system will not solve that. The problem is much bigger. Little joe
