I don't have a problem with businesses being required to provide a safe environment for their workers.

There's a big difference between the idea and the implementation. I'd bet that if you actually studied OSHA regulations you'd throw a good portion of them out. And a good portion that Sober would keep. I think that people's attitudes about such government functions are a question of whether you're looking at the full part of the glass or the empty and thinking it the glass.
