McCain has promised to keep the same tax structure in place that we currently have. That is not working. Trickle down philosophy has now run its disastrous course. It has for all intents and purposes destroyed our economic structure. Obamas approach is similar to the Clinton tax regime where folks who get the relief will actually spend the money on stuff that will help the economy instead of foreign factories, yachts and mansions. That approach resulted in much higher employment and budget surpluses It is obvious that some change is necessary if the country is to survive. I'll take my chances on somebody who actually looks like he might be able to inspire change.
