loantech, "The wise big money gold people must realize that Obama if elected will have a somewhat better budget process and less deficits and may improve the trade balance and less financial shenanigans." I (and I believe many, many others) feel quite the opposite. In fact there may well be some level of flight going on in our markets over fears of an Obama presidency. If he wants to "spread the wealth around" as he has said, and has said Nancy Pelosi, wealthy people and wealth creating people, are going to take their money and creativity off shore, if they are not doing so already.
