That offshore drilling ban, which was originally put in place by Bush 41, hardly supports your claim that the Democrats "have stopped every new drilling project." Why do you make such wildly exaggerated claims? There's plenty of ongoing drilling projects in the USA, for example... Teton Increases Production, Drills Dozens of Wells in Kansas rigzone.com
