In the states, TD Ameritrade has a special phone number for their special private client group that bypasses the computer menu and gives a real person in a few rings. No hit 1 for quotes, 2 for trading.... Had a problem a few days ago after the open and someone picked up the phone after one ring. I am impressed with the service. Michael
