Someone asked me to comment on how my wife is doing on Tysabri. There is not much to report since her dramatic recovery - certainly nothing of that magnitude. She continues to gradually improve, even playing some tennis and her guitar. We even went to the Symphony recently, something we had not done for 20 years because her fatigue* prevented it - she was shot in the evening. She has experienced a "cold" that has lingered for weeks, not normal for her. I suspect T has down regulated the immune response. She is over that now. She continues to report small improvement across a range of deficits. For me, it is like** getting a new wife. :-) ij * She also experienced some mental interference, something of a noise or fog caused by listening to music - this seems to have abated. ** Just imagined. Never done that. :-)
