Kindly explain how. Exactly how would Obama's plan tax plan affect a small business owner netting over $250,000.?

The only thing that was throwing a wrench in the works was the fact Obama would make his tax bill so onerous, as the owner of a business earning more than $250,000, that Joe's future dream had been obliterated.
