We just received clarification from Nasdaq this morning that, unfortunately, this ruling does NOT apply to our Minimum Market Cap issue (the hearing is still on). The language below: Effective immediately, NASDAQ has also suspended the enforcement of the rules requiring a minimum market value of publicly held shares (MVPHS). Applies to Public Float Rules and not Minimum Market Cap Rules – go figure. So, the hearing is still on as scheduled. In light of these other decisions, Nasdaq may (or may not) be a slight more flexible with us. No guarantees.
