Allen, The reason I mentioned that Jerry still need to sell 800,000 shares is very simple. It is based on my conversation with him after the company meeting. The number makes sense to me because: Based on the SEC informations Jerry, his spouse and the family trust owns 19.27% or 2,707,038 shares( 30% of it is 812,211 shares) and D. Willner owns 1,932,093 shares. Do you know if the number of 1,325,000 shares sold by co-founders are all belonged to Jerry or D. Willner? However I hope that all Jerry shares are sold by this time since the stock price has been around the range of 35-37 for a while. Please let me know what is your thought on this. Thank.
