Just a grand coincidence the end of the ban coincided with the peak in prices. In fact, there are a vast number of things that affect prices. Assessments of future supply is quite important and the end of the ban, long in advance of any drilling, is a thing that affect future supply. --------------------------------------------------------- Reminds me of when Reagan deregulated natural gas prices and the price of natural gas collapsed.
