Sober -

I read Atlas Shrugged as a teenager, and liked it a lot. The only trouble with that book is that the people she portrays, these shining, creative, highly ethical creators of great railroads and such, don't really exist in the real world. The utopian capitalist society she envisions isn't really possible. Corporations have a mandate to make money for their shareholders. If they aren't forced to spend money on things like eyewashing stations in all areas where workers may be exposed to harsh chemicals, as one example, they just won't do it.

I have no doubt that some OSHA regulations and enforcement may be cumbersome and annoying to business owners. Personally, I'd rather seem them err on the side of caution.
