Jim - How 'bout the past royalties unpaid / payable in 4QFY08? The lump sum amount is amortized FROM APRIL 2007 for 15 years. So, the part in the past is, ipso facto, the part that was in the past, namely the part between April 2007 and September 2008... Plus, perhaps, the non-cash value of the IP that was transferred. SF
