I think the right wing's complaints about media bias are overblown and ultimately self serving.

I you very carefully define those terms I might agree. I think they are overblown in that I think the issue isn't as big as many on the right wing say it is. And self serving? Well complaining about the problem can help the right wing so in that specific sense they are self serving.

But that doesn't mean the idea is false. The bias is real, just not as extreme as some of the claims made about it.
