Zeev,
on CTYS thread now even DJ-Newswire is giving voice to Your findings. But You also calculated the book value with maximum dilution to be $3. (if all authorized shares would be taken up by the dilution effect). I know from the EXSO story that temporarily the stock could be much below that ($0.5-1.5 range).

Can those shorters force CTYS management to authorize even more than 100 million ?? I could say an entry could be warranted if CTYS went to $1 if this weren't the case.

You also cited that the ultimate bottom should be accompanied with huge volume surge. Today we had 10million naz (= 5million real shares). Since absolute end of the floorless would be May next year (Sept+240 days) we got a long way to go from now..
