Joe, Here is a link to one of the two 10-q filed in april. It gives a count of shares as of March 31, 1997 which was 914,401. Before kugler and gang hit upon this the other 10-q filed at the same time indicates a date of March 31, 1996, but that is obviously a typo. edgar-online.com Did you see the post with the e-mail from Mr. Morgan?
