Z, I liked Obama when he made his speech, "A More Perfect Union," after the Rev. Wright issue made the mainstream headlines. (Of course, that association was known for a year and a half before the MSM happened to find out, but that's another story.) I thought he did a great job explaining and justifying his relationship with Wright in frank terms. Of course, Wright then opened his big mouth once again and Obama was forced to "throw him under the bus."
Now with Ayers and ACORN, Obama doesn't even bother. He just let's the mainstream media cover for him. Yeah, poor guy, under attack from those mean ole nasty Republicans. It's up to the media to expose those lying, cheating right-wingers for who they really are, LOL ...
Anyway, Obama could have easily affirmed his relationship with Ayers as a community activist. Even pointed out that Ayers got Chicago's "Citizen of the Year" award in 1997. Does he do that, even on his web site? Nope, he just denies, denies, denies. Same with ACORN.
With Obama, "change" begins with himself ...
