Really? In Texas I have a card with my name, voter registration number, address, etc. I have to show it and it is compared to a log of the people in my precinct.

"if I know a name which has been registered...I could vote multiple times..."

And if you get caught, it is a $10k fine, at least a year and a felony conviction.

But, why not?
