Ted, do you think Obama can increase our presence in Afghanistan and Pakistan, decrease our presence in Iraq, and cut military spending at the same time?

I think Obama will end up pulling us out of all those countries. We can't afford it and those countries have very severe problems that we can't possibly fix.
