David, I have been a professional investor/financier for 20 years and have built up numerous professional contacts through out the world during this period. I am not about to jeopardize these relationships to satisfy your curiosity. If you email me your Email address, I will send you a reference that you can check out. You only seem to be interested in the movement of the share price over a short period of time. I hasten to point out to you the stated subject matter of the SEC investigation, namely "… a formal order of private investigation with respect to … the securities of the company." In other words the SEC is still investigating manipulation of the stock, so I if I were you I wouldn’t take any great comfort in any short term upward movement in the share price. Where have all the Bulls on this thread disappeared to? It has been precisely 3 weeks since Neil Mack’s last postings? Jason and his mom two weeks? Tom is the only Trooper hanging in there and he seems to be waning. There is no longer any meaningful discussion between the opposing views on the valuation of this stock and its underlying fundamentals, or lack thereof.
