This is a reason I like NGPC, especially at this very reduced price. They put money out to the energy sector especially smaller operations and get both a generous interest rate and usually a participation kicker which can be great. They just renewed 87.5 million of their credit line through 2010. The current dividend of $1.60 is 12.8%. Given other credit tightening, they should have plenty of takers.

I wonder if the Big Dog has had much contact with them?
