tech...JV means Joint Venture partner

Question #1...the BCMD consolidation has been a steady accumulaltion which is very good. If this stock was going to drop it would have dropped a penny or two every day. Steady like it was slowly sinking a penny here, a nickel there. Almost like it is slowly bleeding to death. That's what you watch for.

BCMD dropped right after the first major run and has held at 7/8 and above. It closed up and held today. This is what I want to see.

Question #2. The only way this stock compares with CAML or LOCKC is that I think it will run fast hard and high. This management isn't the least bit flaky or questionable. In fact from what I've seen this company has been very careful to maintain and build on their good reputation. They have filed everything they need to file and the only problems they had could be reversed as soon as they started mining the gold they knew was here.
I'd say they are following a well thought out business plan.

Question #3. From the company and also on the net

Question #4. A good mining company knows that they are only as good as their employees are. Skilled and qualified management and staff can make or break a company. What Chapin doesn't know about actual mining he has to hire. From what I've seen in his PR and geologist he's going for and getting the best. In my experience both getting a company off the ground and maintaining it are equally dependent on good staffing.

If you think about it that is why they mention it in the SEC filings.
