I know of another small town, Polson Montana, where the teens grew long hair and donated it to a charity that used it to make wigs for cancer patients who had lost their hair.

That Times article was offensive. The leading sentence likened Sarah Palin's arrival to that of a rocket propelled grenade, a very negative image linked to terrorists.
