LB, This is where the law gets difficult. Are Doctors allowed to make mistakes? Medicine is still an art, not a total science. Another question is if a courtroom is the most appropriate place to make these decisions. IMO, the more appropriate place would be a state board that licenses doctors, at some point removing doctor's license to practice medicine. Much cheaper solution, IMO. Joe
