Your conclusion doesn't logically follow from your premises.

Providing/being/becoming the environment

+

possibility of miscarrage

doesn't vaguely equal

"only a woman who can possibly even begin to understand and comment on the issue of abortion and it's particulars"

---

Beyond that "only a woman who can possibly even begin to understand and comment on the issue of abortion and it's particulars" is a rather extreme statement. Its not just saying "woman have a right to an abortion if they want one", its more like "everyone else shouldn't say anything", or to be short "men should shut up". (and I suppose based on your premises that women who have never been pregnant should also shut up)

If you really believe that and you are a man, then your contradicting yourself. If you are a woman, ok than your not contradicting yourself but you should realize how extreme your statement is.

---

Remember... even in the case of adult murder of adult... the situational context is all important

The context is important in many ways, but not to determine who can comment on it.

I can reasonably comment on all sorts of different murders (either the details of the murder (if I know them) or the more general issues that touch on the murder) even if both the perp and the victim have lived under very different circumstances than I have.
