i think it's only fair to spread the wealth around a little. they gave a large chunk to their friends and now give a quarter of that to the common folk just to stop them asking "where is my bailout?" i'd rather have a socialist than a crook. (i seem to remember someone saying "i'm not a crook" who turned out to be one; just like the current one too).
