September home sales up 65% from last year in Southern California

with more than half of the increase being foreclosure resales, someone is certainly making money. this is a really good scam, almost as good as the bridge one. sell people property at very high prices you know they can't afford, then buy it back at fire-sale prices later. good job if you can get it.
