Fraudulent registrations don't affect elections. Only fraudulent votes do.

Take the case of the Ohio man who says he was encouraged to fill out 72 registration forms, all in his own name. He will be able to vote exactly once, because only the most recent registration form counts.

The Bush Justice Department has made prosecuting voter fraud a priority nationwide for several years. They have exactly 25 convictions to show for it.
