Iraq is starting to wind down. If you have to look at it in terms of ROI, that will be a more stable Iraq pumping lots more oil than it could under Saddam, lowering oil prices from what they otherwise would be -Iraq is the one country in the ME with the ability to dramatically increase its production over time.
