I don't know what Obama will do, that is unknowable. I don't know what I would do in that situation, so how can I know what he will do? I do know what he will NOT do. For example, he will refrain from invading Norway. He will refrain from invading Greece. He will refrain from invading Monaco. Imo picking a country at random to invade and occupy is not a good response to a terrorist attack, but that's what George W. Bush managed to do.
