Bosco,
if someone pays $55 mio. the convertible can be repaid. All existing shareholders will be VERY HAPPY - but not those shorts <G>. $3 is book value cushion IMO. However in EXSO case it traded 1/4 of book value many a time.

This makes me believe we will see $1 quite soon. Getting in there shoulnd't be too much risk then. ..
