Dan Lawrence, Sorry to bother you about the outcome of the court ruling. The company might not have provided you with this information...

My understanding is that the Ruling from the Court Appeal ordered Struthers to provide Unledgened (free trading) shares by last Friday. This was the third time that J.P. Carey went to court on this matter. As of Monday morning, Struthers/Wincom has not yet provided the free trading shares of stock to J.P. Carey investors.

I do not know what the next steps are for this issue. Is it easy to keep going back to court, or does somebody eventually say "The game is over -- abide by the latest ruling or go to jail"?

Does anybody know if free trading shares is the same as common shares? If so, I believe there are only about 10.5 million common shares outstanding. Does Struthers/Wincom have 45% of their common stock (4,675,000) available to hand over to J.P. Carey investors, or can we see a rise in the stock price, as free trading common shares of stock need to be repurchased by the company to cover the court ruling?

Surely, this has not been a lot of fun for Raoul, who before Wincom had fantastic credentials. Are we still optimistic? Will all of the poor performance of the company (stock price) and lack of news and new partnerships be corrected with news of an agreement that has been pending for a very long time?

Dan, please set me/us straight with some facts if you can.
