Did someone post the article on Palin yesterday from the New Yorker that talked about her selection? It implies that she had no intention of staying a small state governor and was very ambitious. Now that she has enjoyed the seduction of large adoring crowds, I don't think she will go quietly back to AK and stay there. The article was also very interesting in its description of Bill Kristol's crush on her. newyorker.com
