I'm looking to add a guy and lower the amount of overtime. I keep thinking this run will come to an end and I just keep getting more work. Time to stop reading the newspaper and just hire another guy:)

Edit: And as you say, I will add long the Dow and SPX on big downers as long as they don't break the old low.
