What is the racial composition of the military? I'm not sure though I do know that blacks are a larger percentage in the military then they are in society in general. And I can promise you that many blacks in the military are not going to vote for the One because they know his disdain for them. I guess 23% of the military must be the percentage of douche bags awaiting general discharges or worse:)
