If I'd have sold, I'd have to rent somewhere, and rents where higher than my mortgage plus taxes, plus the effort of moving, possibly moving my kids to a new school, etc. Everything comes at a price. If I'd been single, I would have considered it, and then I'd have sold too early, no doubt.

If I hadn't already had a home and good mortgage, I wouldn't have bought, but would have looked for a good lease, and waited.
