thanks for the info - hadn't have to use those in years - but still no luck - tried them all - get the following An error has occurred on our Web site. We're sorry, the web page you requested is temporarily unavailable. i've tried 3 other computers in the office with the same results - just weird - been working on this current pc for over a year maybe tomorrow it shapes up and lets me on!
