I disagree totally, Lane. It's not ridiculous at all under the circumstances and certainly not insulting to ask for a basic constitutional requirement.

McCain was challenged because his birthplace was Panama. He supplied the required information and that was the end of it.

Obama should do the same. It's so simple and easy, if he can. If he can't, then he simply isn't eligible.

That's the big fear here, isn't it?
