Terrorism is a military tactic. They look for a time when people are preoccupied with something else so ANY change in administration is an opportunity.

Since Clinton got all his guys into jail or into graves while Bush still has OBL running around somewhere while McCain claims to know how to get him but won't tell anyone (idiot), why wouldn't AQ prefer more of McBush in the future? That is the real story...where the hell is OBL?
