MM, that sounds really interesting! OUr library has an online site that you can search using keywords. I don;t know if it's the same thing or not. Will check. I;m not a librarian. I have just volunteered at libraries since the boys were small. Now I do it at the public library. Mostly I shelve books and oversee the teenagers doing community service whose idea of alphabetical seems to be only slightly more advanced than a toddler's. They wear IPODs and go very very fast. Then you look at what they did and you find Naylor between Miller and Mailer, and fiction stuck in biographies. Sometimes you just find a stack unshelved, stuck at the end of a row. My field of sort of expertise is music.
