It's an interesting time when annualizing at $1B so early in a launch is considered disappointing.

Why disappointing? Because, after all these years, Tysabri has but a single-digit share of the global MS market.

But I’m not complaining: a slow Tysabri ramp is indirectly good for MNTA.
