The company's investment in research and development was cut down to only $9,905 from $14,679 last year.

Let's see.....

Of course, R&D is really what we'd call "Cost of Sales" in any other line of work. There is no damned research. It's software development costs. From '96 to '97, they decreased software development cost by $7M while increasing revenues for the same period by $7M. This, while releasing a number of successful new products.

Don't know about you Leo, but I see that as fairly impressive.
