<You are on target......here.If people are concerned about greenspace,pollution, working conditions etc,etc,etc. Then new business will evolve as a result of DEMAND for it> Your right on...bet lets not fool ourselves as to what that means!!! It also means companies dumping toxic shit into canals will force residences to get so upset they go to city council and force the "government" (that bad company of the people) to do something!!!!
